i am thrilled with the complimentary thai rolled wafers offered upon arrival, a gentle touch that i cherish. the coin laundry on the 9th floor is quite useful, i find. shuttle service made travel easy to the bts station.

The location was alright with a complimentary tuk-tuk. It goes to the main street.
The room had problems. Flies were always present in the bathroom and toilet, I hate that. No plugs are near the desk or bed, charging my phone was such a pain.

friendly staff convenient tuk-tuk refreshing option warm smiles
I found the staff friendly and courteous. Their warm smiles were so cute. the facilities, like the spa and sauna, was like a true escape after long days. i appreciated the 24/7 tuk-tuk service, a convenient way to reach the main street. the tao bin vending machine in the lobby offered a quick refreshment option, very useful.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious and clean with modern amenities. it was a pleasurable experience.

the room was spacious, and the staff were polite.
The breakfast selection was not great. It seemed geared more towards chinese guests. it was very repetitive and not what i expected.
